Traxx Rehearsal Rooms is a brand new, purpose built, comfortable and quality environment for all musicians and artists. Aiming to be responsive to the needs of bands and performers with an exceptional level of customer service.

We are a PLUG-N-PLAY rehearsal facility - we supply all the amps, PA and drums!!....or bring your own!! We have 5 professionally soundproofed rehearsal rooms open every day, anytime you need it!! With a comfortable lounge, refreshments & facilities all available to use at your leisure makes Traxx a complete musical hub. Rehearse as long and as loud as you like!

Rooms & Equipment

Traxx Rehearsal Studio is a brand new, purpose built, comfortable and quality environment for all musicians and artists in the heart of North Tyneside. Aiming to be responsive to the needs of bands and performers with an exceptional level of customer service.

We have Five professionally Soundproofed rehearsal rooms and one dedicated to use as a drum room, for solo musicians or one-to-one music teaching. All rooms are situated on the ground floor, to be open every day, anytime you need it!!

With a selection of predominantly brand new equipment, we supply all the amps, PA and a full drum kit!....or you're welcome to bring your own.

Recording studio

Traxx Rehearsal Studios provide's full recording, producing, mastering and mixing services on-site at Traxx. The studio is accessible on ground level and consists of fully equipped live and control rooms. The studio is headed up by Keith Mills who has worked in the music industry for many years. Keith has written and produced music for numerous stage plays, theatre and dance companies (including a lavish outdoor production of Shakespear's The Tempest).

Previously a sound engineer and producer for the BBC, Keith has produced, engineered and pre-recorded music for a number of radio dramas and has worked with big names such as Dannii Minogue, Courtney Pine, Joan Baez, Mary Black, Lindisfarne, The Pink Fairies, Nils Lofgren, The Divine Comedy, Shaking Stevens ...and more.
